Design Services

Whether you are local to the Palm Springs area or have a project somewhere else in the country. Louise works with clients on full-scale design of construction and remodels, even projects starting from the ground up. Services can consist of layout configuration, selection of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, hardware, windows, doors, paint, audio/visual and many more.  

Construction & Project Management

Project management of a renovation means that Louise collaborates with a client on all design elements of the home from the beginning while handling the daily management of contractors, budgets, and headaches. The ability to offer services at this level requires that the project is located within the Palm Springs area. 

Staging

Staging helps to increase the perceived value of the property. In addition it helps to improve the overall visual representation of the home. The minor upgrades and adjustments made will yield a higher dollar value of the property. This makes each property more aesthetically pleasing to the buyer.

Consulting Services 

Some clients have an established style for their renovations and do not need full design or project management service. They simply need inspiration or an opinion about the direction they are heading, Louise consults on remodels like this to assist in narrowing the selection of finishes from flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, hardware, fixtures, and paint to ensure uniformity. Rates are based per projects scope of work. These services are available throughout the United States and Canada.
